The Slimee
A slime-play business with three New Jersey mall locations. I rebuilt their GoHighLevel from the ground up — a sub-account per location, pipelines, booking calendars and the SMS and email sequences that follow every party enquiry — plus the website and funnel on top.

The Slimee runs hands-on slime-making sessions, birthday parties and workshops for children at mall locations in New Jersey. Every party and workshop enquiry needs a fast reply and a clear path to a booked date.
What I built
- A GoHighLevel sub-account for each location
- Pipelines and workflows that move each party or workshop enquiry from first contact to a confirmed booking
- SMS and email sequences that follow up automatically until the parent books or says no
- Calendar and booking integration across the locations
- The website and funnel redesign on top of the new system
